Next to that, Grainne is also a certified life and executive coach, certified Advanced Corporate Coach and her diploma in coaching is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Life & Business Association of Ireland (LBCAI) and the Association for Coaching (AC). Grainne has diversified financial experience in human resources in Luxembourg and Dublin with 20 years of experience.

She is highly passionate about her profession, a quote that keeps her going is one of Steve Jobs;

The quote also sums up what Grainne wants her clients to achieve, finding a job that they love. Grainne goes on the journey together with her clients and provides career coaching sessions. “Coaching is important as it focuses on developing skills and improving the performance of others. It also helps to build good relationships, to analyse people’s performance, to enhance communication skills and to motivate individuals,” Grainne says, which all can be important steps towards getting the dream job.

On the other side of the coin Grainne’s expertise contains coaching sessions for corporations who are looking for a new employee: “It’s important for businesses to choose the right candidate for any given position but particularly for high level roles.” Grainne provides a specialized recruitment service in which organisations pay to seek out and recruit highly qualified candidates for senior-level and executive jobs (e.g., President, Vice-president, CEO).
