The term “burnout” is relatively new, but you hear it more often in everyday life. Yet, it is still something controversial to talk loud and open about, by many people. Because of this controversy, more people than you probably realize struggle with burnouts and exhaustion.
To get an indication of the current situation in Luxembourg, David Büchel of Chambre des Salariés will start the event by presenting the outcome of their latest survey on the Quality of Work in Luxembourg.
A good work-life balance can be a solution to prevent burnouts, but how do you find the perfect balance and successfully fit in both work and other important parts of life? How does a burnout look like? What happens if you don’t find the balance? These questions, and many more, will be answered during our exciting panel discussion with François Altwies, Irene Masiku and Annica Törneryd - specialists from different areas around the topic. Patrizia Luchetta will be moderating the panel discussion.
